Deep Water Aerobics
The class is designed to tone and raise the heart rate. This class is held in deep water with no impact, using hand bells and noodles. Great class for cross training. Class is held Monday – Friday 7:30-8:30 am.Shallow Water Aerobics
This class is designed to focus on cardio health, stretching, and toning. This class is held in the shallow water and includes low-impact aerobic exercise. Class also uses hand bells, noodles, kick boards, and water fans. Classes are held Monday – Friday 8:30-9:30 am.Bend & Flex Class
The class is designed to enhance range of motion. We are a full access facility. You will enjoy this class for non-impact walking and simple exercises with the support of the water. Class is held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:30-10:30 am.Adult Lap Swim

This class is designed to practice yoga on a floating board, called a Glide Fit. This yoga practice will connect your mind, body, and breath as well as strengthen your core and improve balance. A swim suit is not required for this class. Fitted shorts, pants, tops, or any yoga gear are acceptable. You will need to get in the water to get to the glide fit.
